At Teacher RK, we are committed to providing high-quality digital educational resources and learning services for students and teachers. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Digital Products (Downloadable Resources)
All digital products such as:
- Study notes
- Revision materials
- PPTs
- Case studies
- E-books
- Question banks
- Recorded videos
are non-refundable and non-returnable once the payment is successfully completed and the content is accessed or downloaded.
This is because digital content cannot be “returned” once delivered.
2. Online Courses (Self-Paced & Recorded)
Refunds for online courses are subject to the following conditions:
- A full refund is available if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase and the course has not been accessed.
- No refund will be issued if:
- More than 48 hours have passed, or
- Any part of the course content has been accessed.
3. Live Classes, Webinars & Workshops
For live sessions:
- Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 24–72 hours before the session.
- No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the session or in case of non-attendance.
4. Subscription Services (if applicable)
For any monthly or yearly subscription plans:
- You may cancel anytime.
- No partial refunds for unused time once the billing cycle has started.
5. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access a product due to a technical issue on our platform, please contact us immediately. We will either:
- Restore access, or
- Provide a replacement resource, or
- Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

- Order ID

- Reason for refund
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
